Availability of services is contingent on various factors and conditions. The right to change or cease services at any given time is reserved by us.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter booking, you must:

  • Be of 18 years or older
  • Supply correct and comprehensive details
  • Submit the necessary upfront payment as outlined in the booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is contingent on payment receipt and our written acknowledgment. Service provision is at our discretion and may be refused to anyone.

3.3 Availability

All charters are dependent on the availability of vessels and suitable weather conditions. We shall attempt to accommodate your requested dates and times as feasibly as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are stated in € and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Rates may vary without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half the total charter fee is payable upon reservation
  • Remaining Balance: Payable no later than 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Extra charges (if any): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank checks. Payments are processed using secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Full return excluding service fees
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Return of 50% of the payment
  • Less than 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If our captain deems the weather conditions to be hazardous, we can either:

  • Reschedule your booking to an alternative date at no extra charge
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In case of mechanical failure with the designated vessel, our intention is to source a comparable alternative. If this is not possible, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All visitors are expected to:

  • Heed all directives from the crew
  • Use any required safety gear
  • Notify of any health issues that may affect their safety
  • Stay within designated areas on the boat

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not allowed on the yacht:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Unlawful materials
  • Guns or any weapons
  • Any items leading to excessive intoxication
  • Animals (unless pre-authorized)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are required to behave respectfully at all times. Misconduct that endangers safety or disrupts others may result in the immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the fee paid for your charter and do not cover:

  • Injuries caused by passengers’ own carelessness
  • Loss or damage to personal items
  • Incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages
  • Delays due to weather or other conditions beyond our authority

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our comprehensive marine insurance covers our vessels and operations. It is the responsibility of passengers to arrange their individual travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Partaking in our charter services implies recognizing that marine activities involve natural hazards, and you accept the accountability for your own safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the ability to alter itineraries, routes, or timetables based on factors like weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Efforts will be made to provide similar alternative experiences where possible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not accountable for postponements, cancellations, or alterations caused by factors outside our influence, including but not confined to:

  • Extensive weather disruptions
  • Acts of nature
  • Regulatory ordinances
  • Harbor shutdowns
  • Vessel breakdowns
