What does the regular yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, safety gear, fuels, and simple refreshments. The exact offerings differ based on the package — evening cruises offer premium non-alcoholic refreshments and snacks, while business charters offer meeting amenities and specialized catering options.
When should I reserve my booking?
To ensure availability, make your reservation at least two to three weeks before your planned date, or even longer in advance for high season period (May through September). For corporate gatherings or special events, arranging four to six weeks in advance allows for ample opportunity to personalize your experience.
What is the procedure for unfavourable weather?
Safety comes first with us. The captain will make the call if the weather seems unsafe and we'll provide alternate dates for the charter or issue a complete reimbursement. We track the weather closely and we'll inform you if there are concerns 24 hours prior to your trip.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are allowed to bring their own food and drinks aboard. Alternatively, we provide superior catering facilities and are able to personalize your menu preferences. Please be advised that for everyone's safety, we do not allow glass containers on the yacht.
Do the yachts have access for those with mobility issues?
We make it a point to accommodate every guest. Certain yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. We advise discussing individual requirements during reservation so we can suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary arrangements for accessibility.
What terms apply for cancelling a reservation?
For cancellations done 72 hours or more before the planned departure, we provide a full reimbursement. If you cancel with 24 to 72 hours to go, a 50% refund is given. Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded unless it's due to adverse weather or mechanical difficulties on our side.
